諏訪湖で鰻を食べるなら、たれ焼きと白焼きを一緒に食べられる小林の特々重。2種類の焼きをそのままと出し茶漬けで食べられる。茶漬けの出汁が甘みを感じて新鮮。山椒の他にワサビと柚子胡椒も付いていていろいろな味を堪能できる。鰻そのままでも十分おいしい。肉厚タイプではないが箸が止まらない。値段も5千円を超えるが鰻2枚を食べたと思えば満足。満足できるおいしさです。

旅行で鰻を…。開店前から行列。地元の人が多いようでした。注文は写真見て量がよさげだったので鰻丼を。家族は、上鰻を頼んでいました。大阪で決まって行く鰻屋さんと比べて、美味しいと思ったことがないので半信半疑でした。でもここの鰻の皮はパリっと香ばしく焼けてて身はふっくらしていて美味しかった。量もちょうどで完食しました。並んだかいがありました。また来たいですね。ごちそうさまでした。

昼の開店直後に到着し、並ばず入店するも、駐車場は最後の１台。予想に反してとてもきれいな店内。お茶出しと声かけのサービスも行き届いていて気持ちがいい。肝心のうなぎもとても美味しい！来た甲斐がありました。また行きたい！
