A facility for the promotion of the ceramics industry and culture in Toki City located a five minute walk from JR Tokishi Station. The walls of the facility are decorated with Mino ware. The first floor contains a large hall, art gallery, the Totoan ceramics shop, a Mino ware gallery, reservable Japanese room, and reception room. The second floor contains an exhibit on the history of Mino ware and a smaller hall, while another large hall as well as conference rooms is located on the third floor. The facility is used for exhibitions and trade fairs as well as tennis, volleyball, and other sports.

第一種電気工事士の法定講習会を受講しました。電気工事技術講習センターさんの主催で約6時間半位視聴しました。会場は広くて綺麗で1Fには地元物産品（主に陶器）が展示販売されています。色々なeventで利用出来そうですね！！3階建てにも係わらずエレヘータが設置されていました。
宣伝が下手？

いろいろな催し物をする多目的ホールです。催し物がないときでもレストランやお土産売り場等は開いています。若干、道の駅に近い雰囲気もあるのですが、如何せん土岐市街地にあるため普段、観光客は来ません。もっと宣伝をしたほうが良いのでは？と思います。

土岐市市街地にある、地元の催し物等を開催する会場です。レストランや美濃焼を販売するショップも入っています。催し物がやっていなくても、無料駐車場もあり食事休憩やお土産ものを購入するにはいいところです。
