This restaurant of local cuisine is located in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture after getting off the bus at the Sueasahi-machi bus stop from Mizunami Station. Their menu only has courses of random dishes selected by the restaurant, so you can enjoy amazing local dishes surrounded by a sunken fireplace heated by charcoal. They made various dishes such as river fish including sweetfish grilled in the fireplace, mountain bounty such as mountain vegetables and matsutake mushrooms, duck hot pots and venison fillets depending on the season and timing. They offer everything from Japanese sake to champagne and red wine that matches your meal. There is a free shuttle bus from the station that can be reserved depending on the number of people in your group.

ノスタルジックな風景にどこか懐かしさを感じながら囲炉裏を囲んで季節のものとジビエをいただきました。季節ごとに楽しめるとの事ですのでまた違う季節に来たいと思います。楽しい時間と居心地の良い空間に美味しいお料理。とても素晴らしい体験でした。ありがとうございます。

ぜひ行きたいとの孫の頼みで、電話をしたところ、あと一席ですとのことでした。一か月後の平日です。このお店のために東京から富山まで行き、レンターカーで旅行しながら南下しました。ナビで行ったのですが、陶土の倉庫街の細い道を抜けて、路地に入りましたが、看板は出ていません。どこだろうかと探しながら坂を登ると突き当りに十数台の駐車場があり、店の人が開店準備をしているようだったので聞いたところ12時までお待ちく...
