This hot spring hotel is approximately five minutes by car from JR Takayama Main Line's Gero Station. After being renovated it reopened as Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Gero Shinkan, and it's now available for day use as well as overnight stays. The high quality natural hot spring water straight from the source is gentle on the skin and known for its beautifying properties. All of the rooms face south and have a view of the mountains with their seasonal changes, the Hida River just below, and on clear nights the wide starry sky. Their buffet restaurant serves genuine Japanese and creative Chinese and Western fare for your dining pleasure from their 10-meter open kitchen.

チェックインはスムーズに出来ました。ただ大型の施設にしてはエレベーターが２基しかなくコロナ禍でもあり乗るのに苦労しました。部屋は奇麗に清掃されていました。バルコニーに出られないのは残念でした。大浴場は露天風呂が小さく５－６名入ると一杯です。収容人員に対してキャパシティーが足りないです。アメニティーも不足気味でした。カルキ臭もかなり強いです。食事は夕食朝食共に質量共に十分満足出来ると思います。コスパ...
値打ちでビックリ

パストールの時にプールも利用し宿泊したことがあり4月に急用で宿泊施設をさがしお値打ちなこちらに宿泊しました。お値段以上で驚きました。残念な事にコロナの影響で神経ピリピリで温泉にゆっくり浸かれませんでした。プールの再開は未定との事でしたが又伺いたいです。
