Besides dishes featuring Hida Beef as the main items such as Hida Beef hoba miso (miso grilled with onion on magnolia leaves) using homemade miso, a hoba miso steak set and Hida Beef curry, they also serve unique items such as cold soba noodles made with natural ingredients and only available on weekends, and Hida Furukawa ramen topped with char siu Hida-raised pork. In addition, there is also a shop with specialty products and souvenirs from Hida Furukawa, and it can be used as a base for sightseeing.
