The food court serves many different local delicacies, such as shiroebi kakiage (broad velvet shrimp tempura) udon noodles, Hosoiri vegetable soba noodles, and Hida beef croquettes. One of the shop's most popular exclusives is their soft-serve ice-cream topped with honey raised from Japanese horse-chestnut flowers.
