Visitors at this museum a 25-minute drive from JR Toyama Station can immerse themselves in the more than a century-old tradition of trout sushi. Visitors can watch the production process through glass windows, see videos on a large projector screen, taste fresh-made trout sushi and other seasonal Toyama flavors, and more. The museum's shop offers marine products, assorted delicacies, regional Hokuriku sake, sweets, and unique sushi-related souvenirs not available anywhere else. Visitors can also try their hand at making trout sushi, a very popular activity, especially with children (reservation required).

12月20日.14時30分頃に建物の前を通ったので立ち寄りまさした。ますの寿司は大好きでおみやげには必ず買ってましたし、自宅で食べるのにも買ってました。作ってるところを見て見たかったのですが、ちょうど作業が終わったところのようで15.6人くらいの人が清掃しているところてした。その中の一人の従業員の人の白衣のズボンの腰の部分が開いていて下着？が見えている状態で、直す感じもなく清掃をしていました...

14時くらいに訪問。食事処のます寿司とぶり寿司がセットになった御膳が売り切れていました。どちらも食べたかったのに、一足遅かったです。お土産コーナーで買った商品を食事処の中で食べることができます！お茶も頂けますよ！せっかくだし…と特選のお高い方を購入しました。ます寿司初体験なので他店とは比較できませんが、おいしかったです。工場見学はとても狭いですが（笑）ビデオが流れていてとてもわかりや...
