This purveyor of Toyama Bay sushi is located in a residential area east of Takaoka Kojo Park. Whether it is seafood caught in Toyama Bay, natural spring water from Mt. Tateyama or Koshihikari rice grown in Toyama, the restaurant strives to use only locally-sourced ingredients. They are especially proud of their generously-portioned eel sushi. This special treat is only available when the restaurant is able to source high-quality conger eel. The restaurant offers a weekday lunch menu and a la carte nigiri sushi, making them a great casual destination for sushi.

10数名の団体でお世話になりました。高岡の取引会社にご紹介いただきました。さすがに地元の方がお勧めするだけのことはあり氷見や新湊などのキトキトの海の幸を堪能しました。

お仕事仲間で訪問しました。富山の魚を味わえました。味は良いのですが、お上品なので刺身や寿司は小ぶり。男性にはちょっと物足りないかも。
