"The Komatsu Okimachi location of this conveyor belt sushi restaurant chain which operates in the prefectures of Ishikawa and Toyama. The restaurant's seafood is shipped straight from Kanazawa Port and Himi Port. Aiming to serve authentic, high quality sushi, the restaurant uses select seafood and the composition of the sushi rice is changed depending on the season and weather. Besides standard sushi favorites, many of the selections on the menu are seasonal, such as midwinter Japanese amberjack, spear squid, and female snow crab, and one of the biggest appeals of the restaurant is that you can enjoy these truly seasonal and ephemeral tastes here.
