"The Kanazawa Hyakubangai location of Tsukuda no Tsukudani, whose main shop is located in Shimoshin-cho. The shop sells tsukudani foods boiled and preserved in soy sauce made with select seasonings and without the use of any food additives whatsoever. Preserving the flavor, color, and texture of the ingredients used, the shop sees many regular customers who come seeking the delicious, undisguised flavor of Tsukuda's products. The shop's best seller is its ""Kaga no Hakuho"" -monaka wafers filled with wild chestnuts cooked in Kanazawa komeame rice syrup. Other popular products include the ""Utsuwa Chazuke,"" a tsukudani-filled monaka featured in the media which can be used to make a simple and tasty tsukudani chazuke by simply pouring hot water over it; and the ""Hitori Hitori"" single serving-sized tsukudani."

金沢駅あんと内にあります。金沢の佃煮の老舗の佃煮さんです。くるみ、ちりめん山椒、ごり、カキ、いろいろな佃煮があります。小分けのパックに分けてあって3パック１０００円も販売してます。

クルミの佃煮を最中の皮で包んだ「加賀の白峰」がお勧めです。お茶受けとして最適です。食材がクルミですので滋養の溢れ、無添加の健康食品です。冬季限定のかぶら寿しもお勧めです。

地元金沢の佃煮やさんの金沢駅にある売店です。百番街あんとのなかにあります。自家製かぶら寿司を購入しました。寿司といっても、ぶりをかぶらで挟んで麹漬けにしたものです。これが予想外の美味しさで、ご飯にもお酒にもとてもよくあいました。値段もそこそこしますが、ブリの季節の金沢土産にはもってこいです。
