The restaurant particularly recommends the ""Ni-Hamaguri,"" common orient clam simmered in a salty-sweet sauce Tokyo-style; and the ""Akanishigai,"" sushi made with veined rapa whelk which can only be obtained from the fishing port in Nanao City in the Noto area."
