Hachisuke Hand-made Soba Noodles
Housed in an elegant traditional townhouse, this hand-made soba noodle restaurant began as a flour mill after the war. You can still watch the flour being ground on the original stone. Soba noodles made from freshly-milled buckwheat flour are aromatic and have many fans. A recommended dish is the chilled soba noodles topped with dashi stock containing grated radish.
