The sales corner, where they offer umeboshi, as well as a rich variety of other processed products, is popular. And at the “Plum picking field”, they sell freshly harvested green plums from mid to late June.

梅の加工商品が豊富に取り揃えられています。特に福井梅の梅干しは、漬け込みから土用干しなどすべて手作業で行っているそうです。また、梅ワインや梅ドリンク、梅のドライフルーツなどここでしか販売していないと思われる珍しい商品もあります。

紅映(べにさし)という品種の梅干しは、果肉がぽってり厚く、種が小さいのが特色です。その梅を使った[お菓子な梅]という梅干しを購入しました。販売商品にはシソ漬、白漬、減塩タイプの梅干しも並び、梅キャンディ、梅ゼリー、梅のドライフルーツ、梅ドリンク、梅ドラ焼き・・・梅いっぱいです。梅干しの試食ができます。
