A renowned beef tongue Japanese-style barbecue restaurant located in Sendai City. Legend has it that the original owner was the first chef in Sendai to make beef tongue barbecue. The original owner believed that salt was the key to maximizing the flavor of beef tongue, and today the restaurant continues to flavor its beef tongue using only salt. Most of the restaurant's menu selections are accordingly simple and served with mugimeshi boiled barley and rice. The tail soup, made by slow-stewing beef tail, is a secret yet highly popular dish the restaurant serves. This hearty dish is sure to satisfy.
