A natural hot spring facility constantly replenished kakenagashi style located in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture. The facility is over 400 years old and is known as one of the three Takayu hot spring bathhouses of Oshu (Mutsu) Province. The facility can be used by non-guests. The bathhouse has a mixed bath, outdoor bath, and private baths. Visitors can enjoy beautiful natural scenery along with their natural hot spring bath.

親切な道案内でした

こちらには安く入湯できる露天風呂があります。以前はそのお風呂を利用しましたが、今回は道案内をしてもらいたくて受付を訪れると的確な案内をしてもらいました。以前に利用した時はその先の道路が火山活動のため通行止めになっていたのです。今日はそれも解除されていましたが、行程を細かく教えてもらうと別ルートを選びました。悪天のためグッドチョイスだったと思います。

高湯温泉のあったか湯共同浴場の中に入っている観光案内所です。この近くのトレッキングや交通や山の情報などを親切に教えてくれます。夏などはスカイライン入口より登っていくと、無料駐車場に車を停めて星空観察もおすすめです。街灯などの明かりがまったくない為、星空や流星群を眺めるのにも最高です。ただし、スカイラインは11月中旬から春先まで通行止めになりますので要注意です。自然と共に生きている高湯温泉なので...
