Gyunyuya Shokudo
A ramen restaurant located in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. The restaurant's name is derived from the fact that it was originally established as a dairy company. Popular menu choices include the Aizu Ramen, which comes with extra thick noodles; and the Milk Miso Ramen made with real milk. The sauce katsudon breaded cutlet rice bowl, topped with a secret sauce which has been continuously added to for generations, is also a favorite. In addition, the restaurant has ramen and katsudon set meals.
