Sanchu Shokudo Honten

Dining Room
A Japanese diner which has been in business for over 100 years. The old-fashioned interior is reminiscent of Japan in the late 60s and early 70s. The restaurant's large menu includes traditional Tsugaru soba noodles which take a whole three days to make, udon noodles, rice bowls, Chinese noodles, and more. The establishment was also the model for the novel Tsugaru hyakunen shokudo (Tsugaru 100 Year Diner).
