Himawari
A coffee shop which has been in business since 1959. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a sweet while listening to famous classical music. The cafe also serves light meals like sandwiches, pizza, and beef stew. The cafe's homemade sweets have an unchanged, old fashioned flavor which keeps many fans coming back frequently. The Hanshi Coffee is a recreation of the coffee said to have been drunk by the feudal warriors of Hirosaki Domain in the Edo period as a medicinal tonic.
