ヒメマスが食べたくて平日の12時半頃に訪問しました。お店の半分が食堂、半分がお土産屋さんです。食堂はほぼ満席でしたがすぐ座ることができました。ひめますづけ丼を注文。ひめますはくせがなく美味しかったです。バラ焼を食べている人もたくさんいました。

ガイドブックでおすすめされていたバラ焼きをオーダー。飲食店がかなり減ってしまった為にここは人気店舗だった様子。午後1時過ぎに行っても前に数グループ待っていらっしゃってと。料理そのものは極めてオーソドックスな玉ねぎと豚バラ肉の焼き物。器に火を掛けた状態で供されて、自分の焼き加減でいただくスタイル。味はタレもよく、ご飯が進む味。
