Established in 1954, Ezawa is the birthplace of Katsuura style dandan noodles. With its soy-sauce based broth, original rayu chili oil, and flavorful toppings, these satisfying noodles are rich and spicy. The shop closes when it runs out of broth, so be sure to come early!
