２０２３年１月、中華そばとみ田は、池袋の百貨店に出店。この時、１３５０円の特製濃厚つけめん２０２３を食べた。全粒粉を用いたという極太麺はモチモチし、風味が良い。スープはドロドロした濃厚豚骨醤油味で、魚粉を上手に使用していた。麺とスープが合い、美味しかった。さすが全国にその名を轟かせる名店！
