鯖の棒寿司と真いわし漬丼を食べました。いわしが新鮮でたっぷり盛られた薬味が爽やかでとても美味しかった。つみれ汁が上品な薄味なのにまったく臭みが無くてびっくりしました。鯖の棒寿司は脂乗りのいい厚みのある鯖が本当に美味しい逸品です。銚子の鯖ってこんなに美味しいんだと初めて知りました。

数年前たまたま入ったお店ですが、その時のサバ寿司が美味しくて美味しくて。その後も度々通っています。お昼時間を少しずらしたのですが、それでも10名待ち。40分は待ちました。電話番号を書いておけば順番に呼んでくれます。店内は20名位しか入らないので、いつも混雑しています。何を頼んでも基本的に美味しいです。でも私は浮気せずサバ寿司。身が厚くて程よい柔らかさ。女性でもペロリと一本いけると思います...
定食がおすすめ

以前から気になっていたので、ランチで訪問しました。メニューではいろいろ悩みましたが、看板メニューの極上サバの漬け丼にしました。定食にするとつみれ汁とか煮物とかついてきますので、おすすめです。味はいい意味で値段なりです。再訪してもいいと思えるお店なので、次回は真イワシの漬け丼を食べる予定です。
