This sweets shop in Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture is famous for its new classic, the “Ikaho pudding.” Made in Ikaho without additives, this pudding features only the freshest ingredients, offering an aroma of egg, perfect texture, and a touch of nostalgia. “Ikaho premium pudding” made with brown sugar and black honey is also well loved. A diverse array of products, such as pudding cake and pudding a la mode, are on display in the showcase. There is also a cafe section—the pudding and drink sets are popular.

伊香保の温泉街から車で5分ほど。バスもあるようだ。伊香保プリンはしっかりした伝統的プリン、プレミアムはとろける系。その他季節のプリンも合わせて10種類以上の味が揃い、迷う。プリンケーキはプリンが2層になっていて、異なる食感が楽しめる。他に類を見ないプリンなんて今どき難しいけど、おいしくはあるので温泉まんじゅうじゃないお土産にはいい。まとめて買っていく人も多い。

お土産によく購入します。プレーンな味からミルクティー味、チョコレート味や抹茶味など、多数のフレーバーが楽しめます。
