Tsukimachinotaki Waterfall
Tsukimachinotaki with its three waterfalls 17 meters high and 12 meters wide is a rare waterfall where a normal double waterfall with two streams of water transforms into a triple waterfall as a small waterfall appears when the water level rises. It has been a traditional place for nijusanyako (a religious gathering on 23rd night of the lunar month) to pray for easy delivery, child rearing and better fortune so takes its name and enshrines a tainai (womb) Kannon.
