Aogen, founded in 1625, is a long-established shop that has been in operation for 380 years and produces miso locally for local consumption. The Aogen special miso sauce accompanying the dumplings made of mainly vegetable brings out the sweetness of the meat and goes perfectly with the dumplings. Visitors can eat in the Paseo shop as well as enjoy a takeout or delivery service. The restaurant is conveniently located in the JR Utsunomiya Station building.

柚子みそ餃子は大した事なかった

宇都宮駅の駅ビル１階にある。午前１１時２０分に入ると、客が多い。場所柄繁盛しているようだった。柚子みそ餃子と、単品のごはん並を注文。これらは、１０分ぐらいで出て来た。おまけの漬物は、塩っぱすぎて、いただけない。ごはんは、美味い。しかし、肝心の柚子みそ餃子は、平凡な味だった。餡に、柚子の味が強くするのだが、それだけ。単調な味わい。
《ネキ味噌餃子》を初めて食べましたが一度でファンになりました
