Nayuta is a soba restaurant that is dedicated to always serving soba noodles made from freshly harvested buckwheat, using ingredients carefully chosen from all over Japan by the owner. The restaurant completes all the processes from procuring the buckwheat seeds, sorting, removing the shell, to grinding in a millstone by hand. It is easy to see why many soba enthusiasts visit. The Seiro-bamboo steamed noodles and soba noodles with duck meat are recommended. The taste of the soba can be enjoyed to the fullest in both of these dishes.

目立たない場所にある穴場のお蕎麦屋さんですが、味は絶品で人気店なので、土日にお昼過ぎに行くと品切れになります。

鴨のつけ蕎麦を食べたくて、初めて行きましたが、別メニューに平田牧場の豚肉を使ったつけ蕎麦があったので、方針変更！お肉はバラ肉で、旨味満載！お汁も美味しく、これなら鴨のつけ蕎麦も美味しいでしょう。今回は、平田牧場に引き寄せられてしまいましたが、次回こそ鴨のつけ蕎麦を頂いてみます。
