群馬県庁内の旧庁舎にあるカフェです。店内はリノベーションによりモダンな感じになっています。ウィーンのカフェがコンセプトのようです。店内にある新聞は、ウィーンやプラハのカフェで見た新聞挟みに挟んでありました。店内は明るく、落ち着いた雰囲気です。あえてBGMは無いそうです。とても素敵なカフェで気に入りました。

群馬エリア観光時に立ち寄り。高層の群馬県庁に隣接する旧庁舎内にある喫茶室です。建物内の昭和レトロ感を残しつつ、店内は素敵な洋風なカフェです。時間帯なのか、利用者がゼロだったので、多少の不安も抱きつつ入店。とても静かに過ごせて、ゆっくりと流れる時間を楽しみました。
