This event space can be found along Prefectural Route 66 in Hon-cho, Kiryu City. This group of buildings was originally used for brewing and storing alcohol from the Edo until the Showa period. At present, it is being preserved as a historical building while also being used to host plays, concerts, exhibits, and other cultural productions.

歴史ある建造物

桐生市にある，昔ながらの蔵が残った建造物群。ガイドの方が各蔵の説明をしてくださいます。アマチュア劇団の公演などイベントにも使われているようです。一見の価値ありです。
町歩き

桐生は、歴史的建物を眺めながら街歩きを楽しむのにちょうどよい町です。イベントもやっているようですが、私が行ったときは残念ながら何も行われていませんでした。建物を楽しむだけども満足です。
豪商の蔵

蔵によって貯蔵する者が違うのですね。入るとその匂いがしてきます。レンガ造りの蔵は見ごたえがあります。その横に事務所があり、無料のレンタル自転車を利用させてもらいました。自転車で行けるお薦めスポットやグルメなどを教えてもらい、市街地の周遊に出かけることになりました。とても親切に対応してもらって嬉しかったです。
