ゆばはとても美味しいです。大好きです。ただ、ちゃんとした素材とよい出汁を使えば、お店によって大きく味が違うというものでもない気がします。では、こちらのお店のアドバンテージは何か？お店自体の高級なしつらえと丁寧かつ親身な接客だと思う。一番お安いランチコースは4290円でした。トータルではちょっとお高いなあと感じました。高級なんだけど、ちょっと高級でない部分がどうしても気になってしまって...

日光駅の近くはとにかく湯波のお店だらけ。その中でも有名な1店がこちら。改装したようで個室のようになっていてそこから見える前栽が素敵です。ランチは3300円のコースからで7品目がゆばづくしとなります。ぜんまいと和えたもの、酢の物、揚げたもの、引き出しゆばなど色んなバリエーションで余すことなくゆばを堪能できます。そして気遣いのある、また色々お話好きのサーヴィスも素晴らしい。大満足です...
