Shogetsu Himuro
Shogetsu Himuro is a natural ice producer which was founded in 1894 in Imaichi, Nikko City. Today they produce and sell natural ice which is hard to come by in Japan nowadays. As you might expect they also sell kakigori (shaved ice dessert) using the natural ice. Many people can be found queuing up for their exceptionally good and fluffy textured kakigori.
