The main Okamoto Chuka shop is located along Prefectural Route 17 that bisects Komatsushima City, Tokushima Prefecture. This Tokushima ramen shop has continued the tradition of making ramen since their beginnings as a ramen stand shortly after the war. Straight medium-fat noodles are entwined in the rich pork bone based Tonkotsu broth. The meat ladened Chuka Soba Nikuiri is recommended for its Chashu slices, cut from Awa pork, amply served atop the noodles covering the whole bowl. The popular sushi from the Komatsushima main shop is a locally held secret as well.

徳島ラーメンはしごの旅2軒目。徳島駅前から割と頻繁に出るバスに乗って20分（中田バス停）で降りて徒歩1分。車なら駐車場も広く来やすいでしょう。茶系は食べたので白系の元祖と言う事でやってきましたがこちらの方が独特の味で「徳島ラーメン」と言うならば特にお勧めします。スープじゃ白濁した俗に言う「とんこつ」ですが九州で食べるものとは違うあまり豚骨臭がせず塩味の「塩とんこつ」です。ただしか...

細麺で、ややあっさりめのとんこつ、塩味は強めのラーメンでした。人気店のようで、タイミングによっては並ぶようですが、偶然すぐに入れました。煮卵も半熟で美味しかったです。

小松島で多分一番有名なラーメン屋さん。よく賑わっていて、お土産なんかも売ってます。白系の徳島ラーメン、美味しいです。
