Many people visit to enjoy a meal while watching the scenery of the Yoshino River, which changes it appearance with each season. The restaurant serves classic Western dishes such as curry and omelette with rice as well as cuisine made with local produce such as “Iya soba noodles,” salt-grilled river fish such as sweetfish, and an eel on rice bowl. “Yokai Hitotsume Rice Bowl,” named after a local mythical creature legend and “Hidaru Ramen” are also popular.

We had lunch here after the boat ride. You can view the river and the gorge from the restaurant while having your meal. We had udon and karaage and both were delicious.

大歩危峡の見学とトイレ利用とお土産を買うために来ました。観光バスが止められる駐車場があります。階段をずっと下りて行くと船着き場。奇岩も眺められます。
暑い日には、かき氷！！

今日は、３５度を超える暑さ。。。観光船で大歩危の景観を楽しんだあとは、「まんなか」さんで、かき氷（いちご）をいただくことにしました。かき氷を食べて、体をクールダウン、これでまた活動できそうです。
