Oboke and Koboke

Valley
Oboke and Koboke are great valleys created by the erosion of the Yoshino River running through the Shikoku Mountains. The strangely shaped rocks chiseled over time, the lush green forest and natural beauty of the clear stream meandering along the valley floor are sights to behold. The valleys were designated a National Natural Monument in 2014. Activities such as boat trips and rafting, as well as sightseeing train tours and sightseeing buses are also recommended things to do here.
