Tokushima Zoo Kitajima Kensetsu Forest

This is one of the largest zoos in Shikoku located in Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture. It has a temperate zone, a savannah zone and an arctic zone, a 40 meter diameter flying cage and a kid’s zoo. The zoo houses many species from typically popular animals such as Asian elephants, lions and polar bears to the Andean Condor, the largest flying bird in the world. It is joined to Tokushima Family Land to the west of the entrance gate at the back. This amusement park has a big wheel, a merry-go-round, an amusement arcade and so on.
