Udon Bakaichidai
This famous udon noodle restaurant is located in Taga-cho, Takamatsu City in Kagawa Prefecture and has been featured in several TV programs and magazines. The noodles, of which the restaurant is proud, are carefully made by hand from special flour and they are not only firm but also have perfect bite and texture. The most popular dish is Kama Butter Udon, noodles taken straight from the pot and coated in butter and black pepper. The classic Bukkake Udon (hot or chilled noodles in a soy broth) and Ontama Niku Udon (noodles with soft-boiled eggs and meat) are also popular.
