Tawaraya Kaho (Otorii Branch)
Tawaraya Kaho is a traditional Japanese confectionery store, founded in 1898, that is located in Kizuki-higashi, Taisha Town, Izumo City. The store’s Tawara Manju buns, which consist of home-made Shiro-an (sweet white bean paste) made using white kidney beans wrapped in sponge cake, are popular as a souvenir gift purchased by people visiting the Izumo Taisha Grand Shrine.
