Kamoizumi Sake Brewery

This is a sake brewery located in Saijokamiichi Town, Higashihiroshima City. Visitors can have a tailored tour of the process of the brewing if reservations are made a week in advance. In addition, in the Shusenkan brewery there is a teahouse that has more than 20 types of sake at any time, sweets that are made with sake and coffee made with the water used to brew the sake. There is also a shop that sells limited addition liquor.

７つの酒蔵が点在している西条の酒蔵通りの中の最も東側にあるのが、こちらの蔵、賀茂泉酒造です。こちらにもお酒の直販所がありましたが、同じ敷地内にあるお酒喫茶「酒泉館」がおすすめです。賀茂泉酒造のお酒を飲み比べができますし、酒まんじゅうや酒フルーツケーキ、仕込水で入れたコーヒーやお抹茶などのオリジナル喫茶メニューもありました。
