This is a soy sauce store founded in 1918, located on the Momen Kaido (Cotton Road) in Hirata Town, Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, where the old townscape remains unchanged. It boasts homemade soy sauce processed from raw ingredients, aged over many years. The store offers a variety of products such as pure soy sauce made with additive-free soybean grown in Shimane Prefecture, and a deep flavored sashimi soy sauce. The specialty of the shop is soy sauce gourmet such as soy sauce soft-serve ice cream with a rich flavor and on sale in the shop entrance, and kaido grilled rice balls smeared with sashimi soy sauce. Soft cream is unavailable during the winter season.

木綿街道内に位置しています♪どうやら高齢の女性がお一人で切り盛りしているようで、みたらし団子がとても美味しかったです。!(^^)!他にも、醤油ソフトクリームを販売していました。

生姜糖本舗の直ぐ近くにある、やはり古いお店で最近の名物らしい焼きおにぎりを頂く。1個280円と最初は少し高いかなと思ったけど、竹皮に包まれ刺身醤油でしっかり味付けされ重さもある。値段相応で美味しくお薦めです。

木綿街道に入ってすぐ右側です。ソフトクリームに飛びつきました。よく見れば、団子や焼きおにぎりもあるようです。でも、見るからに普通の商店なので、とても気になりました。
