The restaurant’s legendary soba, flavorful and superb in texture, is made with local ingredients, and the buckwheat is ground with the husk using a stone mortar. The restaurant hand makes its soba noodles twice a day, ensuring diners can enjoy fresh made, fresh cooked soba whenever they visit. One of the most popular items on the menu is the warigo soba, soba noodles served with a three tier wooden warigo lunch box, a style characteristic of Izumo soba.
