“Kurayoshi,” a restaurant in a sake brewery storehouse dating from the Edo period, is famous for its dishes known as “the world’s best tempura noodles,” “the world’s best superior tempura noodles” and “duck hot pot” as well as the specialty of Kuroishi, “Tsuyu yakisoba”. Although the volume and price of “the world’s best tempura noodles” and “the world’s best superior tempura noodles” is surprising it is easy to understand their popularity. There is also an extensive menu offering other single items and Japanese-based meals. It is a 10 minute walk from Kuroishi Station on the Konan Railway Konan Line.

黒石市街地から近いところで晩御飯を食べれるところを探して入店。4人がけの座敷または椅子席の好きな方へと通されました。つゆ焼きそばは単品で800円強、セットの御膳にすると1300円から1500円ほどです。セットにするとつゆ焼きそばはミニサイズになりますが、推しメニューの「嶽きみの天ぷら」が付きます。気持ちの良い接客で、おいしい料理を頂けました。
