西方寺に寄る際に近くに地元の定義とうふがあり豆腐好きの私としては揚げも大好物で揚げたての揚げに醤油と七味をふりかけがぶっと噛めばぺろっと美味しく食べれます。結構な行列ですが回転が早くすぐに食べれます。座る所もありますが参道の道路淵に座り皆さん食べていました。他にもお店があり賑やかな参道になっています。

定義山西方寺の参拝の後で、有名な油揚げを食べました。揚げたては、熱々でさくさく、ふわふわです。厚揚げに見えますが、油揚げなので、中までふっくらです。
山奥の穴場。こんな所に、旨いもんが。

名物三角揚げの揚げたて、食べれます。シンプルに旨い。七味と醤油だけですけど。豆乳も、飲めます。昔から、変わらない味。亡くなったおばあちゃんが、よく買って来たのは、ここでした。
