In addition to Kakunodate kaiseki course cuisine made with local ingredients as well as more traditional kaiseki course cuisine (both of which offer the option to increase the number of dishes provided for an additional fee), the restaurant also serves a Wa Café Gohan course focusing on vegetables proposed by the restaurant’s young proprietress-to-be. The restaurant is also adjoined by Shokudo Inaho, which serves Inaho udon noodles, nabe hotpot, and other a la carte dishes.

入った瞬間にお庭の美しさに目を奪われました！！秋田の郷土料理をメインにしたコースでは、いぶりがっこを使ったお料理や、きりたんぽ等の秋田の魅力を存分に楽しむことができました。どのお料理も見た目が美しく、目でも楽しめるお料理がたくさんでした。女将さんのお料理の説明も相まって、美味しく楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました^_^

桜の季節に角館を訪れていたので、あらかじめ予約してから行きました(実際予約で一杯だったので正しい選択でした)。いぶりがっこを使った料理やきりたんぽ、地元ので獲れた川魚など地域の食材をふんだんに使っており、１つ１つが丁寧に作られていてどれも美味しく味わうことができました。案内していただいた若女将は話上手な方で、最初から最後までとても丁寧に対応してくださいました。
