Fukizushi is a venerable sushi shop, founded in 1948, and located in Toraya Yokocho Alley in Kokubuncho, near Sendai Station. It takes great care to serve local food for local consumption, with fish from the Sanriku region, rice from Miyagi Prefecture, and locally produced sake. The restaurant takes special care with its famous Sendai Zukedon, a dish that originated there, a bowl of local rice topped with fresh local whitefish that has been marinated in a sauce made in-house. Customers can also sample a set meal that epitomizes the flavors of the Tohoku region; it includes rock oysters caught off the coast of Miyagi Prefecture and three kinds of local sake tasting set.

體驗當地老店的壽司，比較有感的是價格比東京大阪大都市便宜一些，海鮮的美味度以我在日本所吃過的相比算是一般水準，並未特別出色，但也是很不錯的一次體驗

ランチでづけ丼をいただいて来ました。土曜日の開店10分前に着いたら既に2 組が並んでました。近くの人気牛たん店は長蛇の列。普通に美味しかったです。ホテルを焼いてから砕き、樹脂で固めたホタテ箸は木の箸より仕入れ値が安いそうです。
(富貴寿司)ネタは昔からのちらしと言う感じで、懐かしの味です。

虎屋横丁にあります。富貴と書いて「ふうき」と読みます。カウンター８席、テーブル24席位です。ランチは六種類で860円を中心に1750円迄です。今回は、ちらし860円にしました。ネタは昔からのちらしと言う感じで、懐かしの味です。酢飯は薄目です。
