Oshozu

Remarkable Water
Izumi no Oshozu has been spouting water and supporting life for over 600 years. It was discovered by farmers during the Sengoku period. Its water was so prized by locals that there were some who would only drink water from there. You may see some elderly folks carrying tea kettles and pumping up water even now. Approximately seven minutes by car via Tsuruga Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway.
