Sabo Issho is a teahouse located in the Higashi Chaya District district in 1 Chome, Higashiyama, Kanazawa City that is run by Maruhachi Seichajo (which is famous for its Kaga Boucha tea, made from tea-plant stems). Visitors can enjoy Kaga boucha tea or sencha green tea served together with traditional Japanese confectionery; Sabo Issho also sells tea-leaves to take away. There is a gallery space on the second floor, where occasional exhibitions of ceramics etc. are held.
