こちらも老舗。富山県民は必ず贔屓のますの寿司屋がありそこばかり利用する。私もこちらは初めて。酢の具合は弱めでレア感も少なめ。万人受けするタイプ。私はもっとレアなのが好みだ。

老舗のますの寿司屋さん。予約なしでも購入できます。丁寧なつくりで、酢飯も鱒の〆具合もとても良いです。さすが老舗！な味。オススメです(*^^*)

鱒寿司は駅弁フェアで買ったものしか食べたことがありませんでしたが、駅弁以外で初めていただきました。一重のますのすし1400円をいただきました。ピンクのますに酢飯に旨味が染み込みおいしいです。通販でも入手できます。
