This famous ramen shop is a representative shop for its miso ramen. It is located in Nishikan Ward, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. The miso ramen for which it is famous, is made by slowly boiling carefully selected ingredients, and creating a rich red miso base soup. The deep flavor of the garlic compliments the homemade noodles created with wheat produced in Japan. When adding the “original diluted soup,” customers can enjoy the light, refreshing flavor. The interior of the shop is spacious, with both slightly raised seating and counter seats. It becomes quite crowded during peak times.

なんでまた来てしまったのか？

味が思い出せなくて今回3度目の来店。駐車場車でいっぱい。昼どきとはいえ店頭には10人ほどウェイティング。着席まで40分。マーここまでは仕方がない。厨房3人で回しているそこそこ一生懸命作っているようだが提供まで30分。大きな餃子はおいしいけど肝心なラーメンがこれではなんでまた来たのか自分がわからない。次は無い。
濃厚味噌ラーメンがお勧め
