This long-established ramen shop is a place where ramen-lovers gather both locally and from outside the prefecture. The dried sardines add to the flavor of the ramen, and the soup with its soy sauce base and pork with plenty of backfat is one of its defining characteristics. It is rich but does not cling to the tongue, and has a refreshing aftertaste. 好き者には堪らない背脂ラーメン。燕三条系のこってり背脂が堪りません。味は燕市の杭州飯店に近いと思います。

新しい店舗は広くて快適です。待ち合い室も広いので、１時間待てますョ。背油大きめのラーメン大を頼みました！

ここは朝10時からやっているので、ちょっと遅めに起きた土曜日の朝に訪問してみました。普段は朝からラーメンはあまり食べないし、ここは背脂系なので起き抜けにはちょっとキツいかなと思いましたが、意外や意外、おいしく頂いてしまいました！
