This long-established ramen shop is located in Nishibori-dori, Chuo Ward, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. It was founded in 1957. The shop is representative of “Niigata Assari Ramen,” one of the five major types of Niigata ramen, and is a famous shop, which receives customers from all over the country. The transparent soup has a soy sauce base, with pork, onion, dried sardines, among other ingredients, and has a well-rounded, yet rich flavor which customers never tire of. Its compatibility with the super thin noodles is exceptional. The interior of the shop is nostalgically reminiscent of the Showa period.

極細麺で醤油アッサリ系です。地元の年配の方、男女問わず食べていることで分かりますが、体に優しいラーメンです。大盛にしても、飽きることは無く、美味しのですが、チャーシューがちょっとは改善はされてますが、昔風で好みでは無いです。
