Le pont de chocolat Saint Nicolas is a shop specializing in chocolate and cake, located in Korinbo, in the city of Kanazawa in Ishikawa Prefecture. The charming building recognizable by its white walls and cobalt blue door, so that it looks as if it came from a street corner in Europe. Trained in Belgium, the home of fine chocolate, the patissier makes each piece of chocolate individually, resulting in a confection as beautiful as a fine jewel. 暑い季節にはソフトがあります。ボンボンショコラのみならず、アイスにチョコ、ケーキ、焼き菓子、軽食に至るまで、選択肢は多彩。クッキーはおまけとしていただきました。ささやかなイートインスペースがあるので、混雑がなければ店内利用も可能。チョコはソフトは夏の名物。
